From May to October we run 6-day mosaic courses
where you can make a mosaic table or mosaic mirror with handpainted tiles.
Guests stay at Le Cerf Gris, our 1860's
Maison de Maitre with courtyards,
terraces, barns, and a large pool in a walled garden that also encloses a small 'wildwood' - home to owls, hoopoes and red squirrels.

guests
of
all ages and abilities work each morning,
leaving the afternoons free to continue with their mosaic projects, explore the beautiful Languedoc or relax by the pool.
Evenings are convivial : aperitifs on the terrace overlooking the pool, an excellent meal based on Mediterranean cuisine, and superb wines from the Corbieres and Minervois.
